01 Can the machines support non-standard customization? Yes, full-dimensional non-standard customization is available. We can provide matching design drawings free of charge.
02 Can the machine voltage and control system adapt to the local power grid standards of our country? Voltages corresponding to different countries (220V/110V/380V) are customizable, and the machine is equipped with a universally applicable international PLC control system as standard.
03 What brands are available for inkjet printheads and core labeling machine accessories? Original imported Kyocera, Ricoh and Fujifilm printheads are optional for inkjet coding machines; internationally mainstream brands are adopted for the electrical control systems and servo motors of labeling machines.
04 What is the minimum order quantity for the machines? Can we purchase a sample unit for testing first? We accept orders starting from one single machine with no minimum order quantity. One-unit sample orders are available.
05 What is the standard production lead time? Will customized machines delay delivery? The production lead time for standard machines is 60 days. Simple customization only adds 3 to 7 working days. For large non-standard complete machines, delivery will be completed within 65 to 75 days after drawings are confirmed in advance. The exact delivery date will be stated in writing upon order placement.
06 What shipping methods do you offer? We provide full logistics solutions including sea freight, air freight, land transportation and international express delivery.
07 What kind of packaging is used for exported machines? The whole machine is packed in fumigated solid wooden export cases with shockproof foam layered packaging. Precision parts such as printheads and servo motors are separately packed in individual moisture-proof wooden boxes.
08 Can we appoint our own freight forwarder to handle shipment? Customer-designated forwarders are acceptable. We support all common trade terms including FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF destination port and DAP door-to-door. A full logistics quotation can be calculated as per your requirements.
09 How long does customs clearance take for exporting one set of equipment? Domestic customs declaration takes 1 to 3 working days, and we will assist customers in reviewing documents for customs clearance at the destination country.
